Thrive HIS partners with Specialty Pharmacies and hospital/clinic based outpatient infusion services to provide skilled Nursing Services to patients in our service areas. Our highly skilled and professional Registered Nurses administer physician prescribed intravenous medications in the privacy, comfort, and convenience of patients' homes. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• IV/SQ Immunoglobulin (IVIG/SCIG)
• Alpha One Deficiency Therapy
• Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN)
• IV Antibiotics

• Partnering with Thrive HIS provides additional staff without the  often complex HR and credentialing responsibilities associated with hiring and managing staff 
• Thrive HIS can cover an infusion for a patient for one day while a nurse is out sick or we can cover all infusions for a nurse that is out on vacation. Everyone needs time off, but your patients still need care.
• We can also manage all facets of the continued care of a patient from start of therapy, scheduling and performing subsequent infusions, documentation, and care planning, leaving the pharmacy with only the responsibility to ship meds and supplies to the patient's home
• Using our staff allows pharmacies and clinics the ability to serve more patients without hiring additional nurses, increasing revenue

• Many patients receiving IVIG/SCIG are immunocompromised. Spending hours in a hospital or clinic surrounded by ill people seeking treatment or others who may be unknowing carriers of diseases is a risk that is not necessary. 
• Infusions in a hospital or clinic setting are costly. You can receive the same medications in your home, with 1 on 1 care from a trusted professional. 
• There is no need to secure a ride to another location, where your driver will need to wait for hours for your treatment to finish.
• Home infusion is much more flexible and convenient, with less disruption to your daily life and routine.
• In-home infusions may not be the best option for everyone. Ask your doctor if they may be right for you
