Below, you will find copies of our Policies and Procedures regarding your rights, safety, and responsibilities as a patient. If you are a current client of Thrive HIS, these policies will be in your Welcome Packet. If you do not have a Welcome Packet, please let your nurse or our Administrator know so we can get one to you.
